Pro Clima's TESCON EXTOSEAL® is a UV stabilised sill flashing tape for an essential part of your WRB system. Made from butyl rubber modified with acrylate it is malleable and easily workable into difficult to seal corners and junctions for optimal resistance to driving rain at window openings.

Pro Clima TESCON EXTOSEAL® sill tape is a flexible flashing tape for use around framed joinery openings as part of flexible or rigid weather resistive barrier (WRB) systems. It provides optimum weather protection around penetration openings, under all conditions. Pro ClimaTESCON EXTOSEAL® provides a wind tight and watertight adhesive seal to the substrate forming a weathertight sill to drain water safely to the outside.
