Hardie™ Plank weatherboards are suitable for use in external cladding in residential single and medium-density homes (including alterations and additions) where a cost-effective traditional or contemporary weatherboard look is required.
Ideal for full wrap or composite construction designs on either timber or light gauge steel framed homes. Hardie™ Plank weatherboards give the charm of a timber aesthetic without the longevity issues of shrinking, swelling and warping to retain its look for longer.
Nuline™ Plus weatherboard style cladding contains a tongue and groove joining system that allows the weatherboard to be joined off stud. This method of joining ensures a more consistent joint is achieved and provides enhanced weather proofing.
Another feature on Nuline™ Plus is the bevel edge on the back of each weatherboard. This bevel allows the weatherboard to have a 25mm bearing face on the stud, giving superior fixing and nailing.
