Barwon Timber’s Geelong Mill provides specialist timber products and services to builders, merchants and wholesalers.
Our timber mill has been operating since 1980, where our beginnings were in cutting Oregon and Western Red Cedar. Today, we are capable of machining a number of timber profiles in a range of species.

Custom Profiles
Our Geelong Timber Mill is capable of machining standard and custom skirting and architrave profiles in clear pine and hardwood.

Pre-coating Service
Barwon Timber can precoat your timber if desired, using either Intergrain's Universal Oil Clear or CUTEK® Clear.
Our precoating service will save you time and seal the board to minimise weather degradation during installation and after construction.
Oregon
Oregon Timber (Douglas Fir) is a versatile, responsibly sourced softwood known for its strength, straight grain, and suitability for large structural sections. Ideal for beams, posts, roof trusses, and feature applications, it offers both structural reliability and classic visual appeal. Available in Rough Sawn, SAR, or DAR finishes, with treatment options for above-ground external use if required. Sizes are subject to availability, and consultation with a structural engineer is recommended to maximise performance for your project.
