James Hardie™ ExoTec™ Top Hat 7,200mm long is a rolled metal section for use with ExoTec® Facade Panel and Fixing System, designed to span across the building structure to support facade panels and isolate the differential movement of the panels from that of the structure.

  • Superior joint strength when compared with gypsum jointing compounds, provides stronger and more flexible joints
  • Superior moisture resistance compared to gypsum compounds minimises the risk associated with redoing joints in wet areas, eaves and soffits
  • Able to be used in exterior eaves and soffits applications with Villaboard™ Lining
