Sikaflex®-400 Fire is a high-performance, fire-resistant polyurethane sealant designed for both internal and external use. It is a one-part, moisture-curing, elastic joint sealant with a movement capability of ±35%, making it suitable for applications where joint movement is expected.

Typical Applications:

Fire-rated joints in walls, floors, and ceilings.
Sealing around fire doors and windows.
Expansion joints in fire-resistant structures.
Sealing penetrations in fire-rated walls and floors.
