Redeemable Online Only This Digital Gift Card is valid for purchases made exclusively through our online store. It cannot be used in physical retail locations.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).
Validity Period This Gift Card is valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Partial Use & Balance If the total purchase amount is less than the value of the card, the unused balance will remain on the card for future use until expiry. No change will be given.
Lost or Stolen Cards Treat this Digital Gift Card like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen codes or unauthorised use.
Promotions & Discounts Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards and may not be valid with some promotions or discount codes.
Usage Limits Multiple Gift Cards may be used in a single online transaction.
Physical Gift Card Terms & Conditions (In-Store Use Only)
Redeemable In-Store Only This Physical Gift Card is valid for purchases made in-store only and cannot be used for online purchases.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Physical Gift Cards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another customer (unless required by law).
Validity Period This Gift Card is valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
Partial Use & Balance If the purchase is less than the value of the card, the balance remains available on the card until expiry. No cash change will be given.
Lost or Stolen Cards Treat this card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.
