Ceramic Tile Floor Underlay is a specially-formulated fibre cement sheet, designed as a stable substrate for slate and ceramic floor tiles. It offers a reliable base for tiling over both new and existing timber floorboards, plywood, or particleboard flooring. In dry areas, Ceramic Tile Floor Underlay creates an impervious, easily-cleaned surface, while in wet areas or locations prone to flooding or water splash, a waterproof membrane should be installed between the underlay and the tiles for added protection.
