The ProctorVent FV25 Over Fascia Vent provides efficient ventilation for eaves, allowing airflow of 25,000mm² per metre. Easy to install and discreet, it suits timber or metal fascias and is ideal for new builds or re-roofing. Designed for roofs under 22° pitch and cathedral roofs, its 4mm openings block large insects while preventing moisture buildup. Use with other ProctorVent products for optimal airflow.
