Form-ply is made with a high-density overlay (HDO) of phenolic resin impregnated paper bonded to plywood. Form-ply is ideal for concrete formwork.
The overlay helps to protect the hardwood face veneer as well providing a sound surface for the poured concrete.
A significant feature of Form-ply is the coating which prevents concrete adhering. The coating also protects face veneers and is moisture resistant.
Form-ply is used in formwork applications such as decks, retaining walls, pre-cast, and tilt-up panel construction, table forms, shutters, and heavy civil engineering and mining applications.
