All custom mouldings are manufactured specifically to your approved design and specifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all provided information, measurements, and quantities are accurate before confirming an order.

Where required, profile drawings, samples, or machining details must be reviewed and approved before production commences. Alterations requested after approval may incur additional costs and revised lead times.

As timber is a natural product, variations in colour, grain, texture, and feature markings are expected and form part of the product’s natural character. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

Barwon Timber reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.

Orders are typically reviewed and confirmed within 2-3 business days of placement.
Production will only commence once your order has been formally accepted and all required information, approvals, and specifications have been received. Any quoted lead times are calculated from the date of order acceptance.
