All custom architraves are manufactured specifically to your approved design and specifications. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all measurements, dimensions, quantities, timber selections, and profile details are accurate before confirming an order.

Where required, profile drawings, samples, design files, or machining specifications must be reviewed and approved prior to production. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and extended lead times.

As all custom architraves are manufactured to order, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production. Where custom tooling or cutters are required, additional lead times of 2–4 weeks may apply.

Timber is a natural product and variations in colour, grain, texture, and feature markings are to be expected. These natural characteristics form part of the timber's appearance and are not considered manufacturing defects.

While every effort is made to accurately reproduce the requested profile, minor variations may occur between a profile sketch, supplied sample, and the finished machined product. Certain details may need to be adjusted to suit manufacturing requirements, cutter design limitations, and industry-standard machining tolerances.

Providing a physical sample is often the most effective way to achieve the closest possible match. Where a sample is not available, customers should provide detailed drawings or design files with clear dimensions, angles, and profile details to assist in achieving the desired outcome.

Our Mill team is committed to producing the highest quality result possible; however, minor variations are an inherent part of custom timber machining and should be expected.

Barwon Timber reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.

Orders are typically reviewed and confirmed within 2–3 business days of placement. While most orders are reviewed within this timeframe, some orders may require additional assessment due to custom machining requirements, profile matching, tooling, or machinist involvement, which may extend the review and approval process.

Production will only commence once your order has been formally accepted and all required information, approvals, and specifications have been received. Any quoted lead times are calculated from the date of order acceptance.
