Barwon Timber supplies a range of LVL timber and I-Joist beams for a variety of structural applications. Available in a range of sizes.

Most of the pine framing Barwon Timber stocks is Radiata pine. This versatile timber is used for a variety of structural and decorative applications including framing, lining, plywood, glue-laminated beams and veneer. It can be used for many exposed structural and non-structural applications.

Barwon Timber supplies local hardwoods for structural and feature projects. Hardwood timber is naturally resistant to attacks by insects and has a high resistance to decay and fungal activity.

We stock a large range of sizes in Spotted Gum and Tasmanian Oak, as well as cladding, decking and battens in Silvertop Ash, Blackbutt and Ironbark.

Barwon Timber stocks structurally graded treated pine for external framing for projects like decking and pergolas. We also supply treated pine pickets, treated pine palings, and treated pine lattice to cover all fencing installations.

Merch pine is a downfall grade of pine that does not meet structural requirements. While it cannot be used for structural framing, it has a wide range of non-structural internal applications including propping, noggins and trimming. Merch pine is available in a range of sizes.

Fascia boards are easy to work with and versatile for use in a range of building projects. Made from LOSP-treated pine, Barwon Timber’s fascia boards are available in a range of sizes.

Oregon timber can be supplied in very large sections, which makes it a popular choice. This timber can be used as a structural and decorative element in roof trusses, timber beams and building posts.

Cypress pine is a naturally durable timber that rates Class 1 Above Ground, and Class 2 In Ground, making it suitable for fence posts, pergolas, beams and other external feature projects. It is available in a range of sizes.
