Honeycomb core strength doors are superior doors with unique high density honeycomb core construction to add that touch of class. These doors are lightweight and less expensive than solid core doors and are available in bi-fold and multi-fold options, as well as being made to order in a vast range of sizes.

Honeycomb doors are constructed of paper or cardboard with air pockets that resemble the appearance of honeycomb. Common core for hollow or non-solid doors. Also referred to as cellular core.

Available in a range of skin types including Prime Coast MDF, DuraXP, Paint Ply, and SPM.

• Entrance Doors where exposure and safety are not of a concern

Solicore are superior doors with solid construction versions to minimise noise and add that touch of class.

These doors will muffle sound more effectively than Honeycomb core doors. The particleboard core not only absorbs sound but is highly moisture resistant.

Solicore doors are a great option for home in any area and are also a perfect fit for commercial applications such as schools and hospitals.

Bi-fold and multi-fold options available as well as made to order options in a vast range of sizes.

Available in range of skin types including Prime Coat MDF, DuraXP, Paint Ply, and SPM.

• Sound sensitive internal areas
• Back doors

Solid Core doors are flexible and versatile.

These doors are lightweight and muffle sounds more effectively than hollow core doors. The door is solid on the inside, filled with a pine blockboard core.

Solid blockboard doors can be cut to any size, making them a quick and easy solution to those tricky and uneven doorways.

Available in a range of skin types including DuraXP, Paint Ply and SPM.

• Unusual size or shaped openings
• Under stairs
• Back doors
• Garage access doors

Solid HMR MDF core doors are solid on the inside, filled with a fibreboard core.

These doors offer strength and durability and are highly moisture resistant, making them ideal for entrance and internal doors.

Available in a range of skin types including, DuraXP, SPM, Tassie Oak, Merbau and Blackbutt.
