Floor Bond™ XMS Timber Flooring Adhesive

Floor Bond™ XMS provides an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional polyurethane timber flooring adhesives. It contains no water, which eliminates the risk of shrinking or deforming your floors while drying. This adhesive is extremely smooth and easy to trowel. The best thing about it? It’s ready to use with no mixing required. It creates a strong, permanently flexible bond.

Floor Bond™ XMS is ideal for use with structural flooring over joists as it reduces the risk of squeaking floors. This adhesive has been tested and is the preferred flooring adhesive to use with our Bosk engineered flooring.
